Q: What is Dressfierce Return Policy?
A:DressFierce.com accepts the return or exchange of full-priced unworn, unwashed merchandise with the original receipt and tags attached for up to 14 days after purchase. Returns are refunded in the method of original payment. Shipping is nonrefundable. All sales are FINAL on exclusive items, jewelry,undergarments, sunglasses & sale items.

Q: How can I return or exchange merchandise ordered from Dressfierce.com?
A. We'll happily accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items. Need a different size? Color? Style? We'll send it to you! Simply choose one of the following convenient options to make a return or exchange:
- 1. Return To A Fierce Store
Simply bring the item(s), along with your original receipt, photo ID, and the credit card you used when you placed your order.
- 2. Return Or Exchange By Mail
When exchanging items, be sure to indicate the replacement item, including the style number, color, and size. Packages must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

- Refunds and exchanges are processed when item(s) are received. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt. Credits for returned or exchanged merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Q: What if I need to make a return, but I've lost my original receipt?
A: If you no longer have a copy of your original receipt, an exchange may be made for merchandise of equal or lesser value.
